Plans and pricing

What’s included in the free trial?  

With our free trial, you will experience everything that bountiXP’s Professional plan has to offer for 14-days. You can explore the platform, invite your colleagues and start recognising and rewarding one another right away. The fine print is plain and simple: we don’t require any payment information for the free trial.  

Which plan is right for me?  

bountiXP has a plan to suit all types of organisations, from start-ups to large enterprises. 

The bountiXP Free plan is great for small teams and organisations of 25 people or fewer that want to introduce an engaging, fun, and easy recognition programme. 

The Standard plan is a good fit for teams and organisations that want to build a culture of recognition that is scalable and easy to manage. 

The Professional plan is for larger teams and organisations that need more than just the essential features required to run a successful reward and recognition programme. 

How long are your agreements? 

We offer monthly and annual agreement terms.  

We do offer longer-term agreements for clients wanting to use the Custom plan. 

Can I upgrade my plan? 

Yes, we issue a one-time, prorated invoice to upgrade the plan during your agreement that will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. 

Can I downgrade my plan? 

Yes, we can either downgrade your current plan immediately or make the change at the time of renewal. 

What if I want to cancel? 

We want you to be satisfied with bountiXP and will work with you to make sure your programme is successful. If you do decide to cancel, you can request a cancellation at any time by liaising with your bountiXP representative or log a Support query via the support channels.

Billing

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We will issue a monthly or annual invoice payable by electronic fund transfer (EFT).

If we add new employees to our team, how will that be billed?  

We will issue a one-time, prorated invoice to cover any new employees for the remainder of the current billing period. At the time of renewal, the new invoiced amount will reflect the additional employees. 

How do I buy points? 

You can request an invoice for points at any time. This invoice is payable by electronic fund transfer (EFT). Your points will be issued to your account once the money reflects in our points bank account. 

Customer success

Do I need onboarding services? 

You are not obliged to use our onboarding service; it is however recommended to ensure that you are set up for success. We offer a range of professional service packages, including programme strategy formation, implementation, and creative design and communication. 

Do you provide customer support? 

You don’t have to go through it alone. bountiXP’s Customer Success team is here to answer your questions and guide you through your journey to make sure you’re getting the most value from our platform.  

We also offer an online support service via the platform where employees can submit their questions straight to our team. All that – plus our Help Centre, which is available 24/7 and contains detailed documentation on how the platform works.
